- Collecting the first months rental in advance and the security deposit.
- Drawing up a tenancy agreement for signature.
2. Our FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE includes the above and also offers:
- Continued rent collection.
- Periodic property inspections.
- Administer routine repairs and maintenance.
- Renew all documentation.
- Provide help and advice where required.
